Customs restrictions
The official information about customs regulations can be found on the website of State Customs Committe of the Republic of Belarus.
Never try to bribe customs officers - you will get in Belarusian jail, and this is not a joke :(
Entering Belarus you are allowed to bring:
- 3 liters of any alcoholic drinks including beer;
- 200 cigarettes;
- cash and travel cheques for 10,000 USD
If you have more than 10,000 USD in cash and travel cheques you have to declare them - nothing special, it's free. There are also serious limitations in carrying jewelry.
It is prohibited to bring medicines containing narcotic substances, there is a wide list of these items, especially among sedatives and anti-flu. If you really need them in your hunting trip give us their names in advance, we will check if they are on this list. It's better avoid losing 2 hours in Minsk airport, getting a huge fine and risking even deportation.
